Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. 

All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

How long will DSL keep your data?

We will expect to retain your personal data in accordance with our retention policy this is a period of 10 years after matter is closed for our services as required. For enquires where you do not engage our services, we retain details for 6 months period and then shall securely destroy your personal data in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

The consequences if you decide not to provide data

If you decide not to supply personal data that we have requested and as a result we are unable to comply with our professional services, then we may have to cease acting for you or may be unable to enter a relevant contract with you.

Our website is hosted by Wix.com which may track personal information with cookies, please refer to the below table. At present DSL does not track or use the cookie analytical data we may have access to from our website provider.
